摘　　要：人类行为是建立在最小省力原则基础上的，情报检索系统的用户行为中也自始至终贯穿着这一原则。本文从多方面阐述了影响检索系统可接近性的因素，并提出相应的措施对系统进行合理规划，以建立可接近性高的检索系统，保证最小省力原则的实现，使用户只需付出最小努力便可轻松使用。Human's behavior is based on the principle of minimum power-saving, and the user's behavior in the information retrieval system follows the principle too. The article expounds the factors influencing the accessibility to retrieval system, and advances according measures to make sensible plan for the system and establish high-accessibility retrieval system, guaranteeing the realization of the principle of minimum powersaving.
