摘 要:晋煤集团赵庄矿3301工作面,瓦斯含量高、地压力大,煤体软硬变化不均,稳定性差,可定义为软硬复合突出煤层,采用常用光面钻杆施工,多次出现卡钻、断钻、丢钻等钻进事故。针对上述问题,研制大直径高强扒孔降温钻杆,为保证该钻杆强度的可靠性,建立73钻杆数学模型,对其强度进行校核。研究结果表明,采用R780地质管材加工大直径扒孔降温钻杆,其强度满足实际工况,通过工业性试验,钻进排渣顺畅,钻杆无弯曲、断裂现象,钻进深度提高32.44%,钻进效率提高30.41%。No. 3301 working face in Zhaozhuang coal mine of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group falls into soft and hard combined outburst coal seam in view of high gas content, high underground pressure, soft and hard combined coal body and weak stability. If using common drilling rod, the rod sticking, breaking and missing occurred many times during the drilling operation. In view of above problems, the high strength hole-enlarging and cooling drilling rod in large diameter was invented. In order to ensure the reliability of the drill pipe strength, the mathematical model of 73 drill pipe was established to check its strength. The results show that R780-type seamless steel tube in large diameter could be used as hole-enlarging and cooling drilling rod, whose strength could meet the actual condition. The industrial application indicated that the slag was easily discharged, without drilling rod bending or breaking. The drilling depth was increased by 32.44%, and the drilling efficiency was enhanced by 30.41%.
