摘 要:目的研究发酵床养猪对肥育猪生产性能和肠道有关细菌的影响。方法选择50~70日龄的三元杂交猪40头,随机分为2组:实验组和对照组,每组重复1次,每圈10头;投入实验的前7 d进行预实验,对猪群进行驱虫。然后5头猪为一组称重,将称重后猪随机分到2组。饲养方式采用自由采食和饮水。实验期为120 d。结果实验组猪在饲料利用率、日增重、肠道内乳酸菌和大肠埃希菌的数量都比对照组有所提高,肠道内沙门菌没有分离到,经济效益都明显。结论发酵床养猪技术可以解决猪生产中环境污染问题,改善猪的生活环境,利于猪的生长和发育,其环保性和经济性都高于传统养猪场。Objective To study the effect of deep-htter-system on the growing-finishing production performance of pigs. Method 40 three-way cross pigs of 50-70 days old were selected and inseeticided seven days prior to the test. After the pre-test of Insecticidation, the pigs were weighed and divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group and the control group. During the 120 days of experiment, the pigs were allowed free access to feed and water. Result The feed utilization, daily weight gain, intestinal lactic acid bacteria and E. coli amounts of both groups increased with the results of treatment group better than those of the controls, while no intestinal salmonella was detected. And the economic benefit was apparent. Conclusion The deep-litter bedding technology can effectively solve the environmental pollution problem during pig production and improve the living environment of pigs, thus is more environmental-friendly and cost-effective than traditional breeding grounds.
