摘  要:本文综述了国内外关于失重对药物代谢动力学影响研究的现状及进展,重点阐述了失重引起的生理改变,包括体液头向转移、胃肠道功能紊乱和肝肾等器官血流的变化,如何影响药物在体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄等动力学过程,进而影响到其疗效的正常发挥,以便为国内载人飞行任务中航天员用药提供参考。In this paper, the research status and progress about the influence of weightlessness on pharmacokinetics at home and abroad were reviewed, the effects of microgravity-induced physiological changes, such as body fluid shift, functional disturbances of gastrointestinal tract, and blood flow of liver and kidney, on pharmacokinetics process in vivo including absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion, then the normal functions of treatments to be influenced, were emphasized. It would provide reference for administration in domestic manned spaceflight.
