摘 要:中长期载人航天飞行必须采用环控生保系统实现水和O2的再生,微重力条件下水气两相流体的输运和分离是再生式环控生保系统的关键技术。本文介绍了微重力条件下基于物理/化学再生法的水气循环再生的一般工作模式和水气分离的物理途径,归纳了水气分离技术研究现状及典型应用,重点论述了水气分离器涉及的关键技术问题,在此基础上,提出了我国中长期载人航天飞行水气分离技术的发展方向。Environment control and life support system (ECLSS) is essential to achieve the regeneration ofwater and oxygen in long-term manned space flight. Transportation and separation of gas/liquid two-phase flow are the key technology for the regenerative life support system under microgravity condition. Physical paths of gas/liquid separation and the gas/liquid recycling regeneration mode based on physicaL/chemical methods were introduced in this paper. The current situation and typical applications of gas/liquid separation technology were summed up. Moreover, the key technical problems of gas/liquid separator were focused on and the developing direction of gas/liquid separation technology for Chinese long-terrn manned space flight were put forward in this paper.
