摘　　要：本文通过文献计量学相关方法,对PubMed数据库2001～2011年收录的航天医学类非综述文献进行分布研究,统计分析了论文的年度分布、核心期刊分布、核心作者分布、语种分布、国别分布等;同时,对出现次数超过一定阈值、能准确表达文献内容的MeSh主题词进行共现聚类分析,结合语义分析,以发现航天医学领域近10年的主要研究热点。分析结果对于科研人员检索文献、了解关注领域研究状况,以及科技期刊编辑的选题策划方面均有借鉴和参考意义。Space medical literatures retrieved in PubMed data-base during 2001 -2011 were analyzed with bibliometrics method, including literature annual distribution, core journals distribution, core authors distribution, languages distribution and national distribution. MeSh thesaurus reflecting the main contents of articles and its occurrence frequency exceeding certain thresholds were analyzed through co-term cluster analysis combined with semantic analysis in order to find the focus of space medicine researches in current 10 years. The analytic result can help the researchers to retrieve literature accurately and observe the status of related fields, in addition, it can give reference to the science-technology periodical editors in the aspects of scheme defining and topics selecting.
