血浆脑钠肽对诊断急性心肌梗死后心衰的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)对诊断急性心肌梗死后心衰的临床价值.方法回顾性分析75例急性心肌梗死患者,对比不同心功能组间BNP值,治疗前后BNP值及心衰合并低血压组与血容量不足合并低血压组间BNP值.结果不同心功能组BNP值不同,心功能越差BNP越高,经治疗病情好转后BNP值明显下降;心衰合并低血压组与血容量不足合并低血压组间BNP值对比,心衰患者BNP显著高于血容量不足患者(P<0.05).结论 BNP可作为早期诊断急性心肌梗死后心衰的一个指标,亦可用于疗效判断.Objective To explore the clinical value of plasma BNP in the diagnosis of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 75 patients with acute myocardial infarction,compared BNP value before and after treatment among different cardiac function groups,and between low blood pressure and heart failure group and low blood pressure and insufficient blood capacity group.Results Patients in different cardiac function group have different BNP values,the worse the heart function,the higher the BNP.BNP value declined obviously after treatment.BNP values of patients with low blood pressure and heart failure were higher than patients with low blood pressure and insufficient blood capacity.Conclusion BNP can be as a indicator for early diagnosis of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction,and also can be used in evaluating the therapeutic effects.
