摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜治疗非炎症性鼻源性头痛的疗效。方法从2005年1月～2010年5月,51例不同类型的鼻中隔偏曲引起的鼻源性头痛患者:术前对头痛进行评分;根据鼻内镜检查及CT检查情况制定个性化的微创鼻内镜手术治疗方案,术后再对头痛进行评分;依据评分判定手术疗效。结果 51例接受手术治疗的患者中,6例失访,21例头痛消失,其余24例病人头痛皆有不同程度的减轻,无并发症发生,统计学具有显著意义。结论鼻内镜治疗非炎症性鼻源性头痛疗效好,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of nasal endoscopic treatment on Uninflammatory rhinogenic headache. Methods From January 2005 to May 2010, 51 patients with headache caused by different types of nasal septal deviation were scored preoperatively. The individual minimal invasive operation was conducted based on nasal endoscopy and CT results. Headache score was performed postoperatively to evaluate treatment effect. Results Among 51 patients, 6 cases were lost, 21 cases were cured and varying degrees of headache relief was observed in remain 24 cases. No complications occurred in all cases. Conclusion Endoscopic treatment on Uninitammatory rhinogenic headache has a good effect, less complication and it deserves the clinical expansion.
