悬雍垂腭咽成形术后患者嗓音的主观评估分析

摘　　要：目的探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术(uvulo palato pharyngo plasty,UPPP)对患者在嗓音主观自我评估方面的影响。方法对42例诊断阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的患者在行悬雍垂腭咽成形术前和术后1周、1个月、3个月时分别采取针对嗓音的主观自我评估问卷调查及相应的客观检测,并进行统计分析。结果 42例患者中15例(35.7%)的患者有轻度鼻音增高的改变,均于术后1月完全消失。嗓音障碍指数VHI(voice handicap index)量表测试、嗓音相关生活质量检测V-RQOL(voice-related quality of life)量表评估值于术后1周短时间内有差异(P<0.05),1、3个月后无差异(P>0.05)。结论 UPPP对患者嗓音在主观自我评估上无明显变化和影响。Objective To probe the influence ofUPPP （uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, UPPP ） on the subjective egoistic and acoustical evaluation. Methods 42 patients suffered OSAHS （ obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS ） were analyzed on subjective egoistic evaluation and objective test at pre-operation, post-1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after UPPP. Results 15 in 42 cases （35.7%） showed mild hypemasality, and disappeared within 1 month. The VHI （ voice handicap index ） and V-RQOL（voice-related quality of life） increased within 1 week （P〈0.05）, and went back in 1 month, and 3 months （P〉0.05）. Conclusion There is no subjective egoistic and acoustical influence on patients＇ speech by UPPP.
