摘 要:采用索氏提取法及溶剂萃取法,用950mL/L乙醇提取印楝种仁并萃取,分别得石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物及水层。采用细胞病变(CPE)法及四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法研究三种萃取物对鸭瘟病毒(DPV)的抑制作用。结果显示,石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物及水层对细胞的最大无毒浓度分别为0.007 8、0.003 9和0.125 0mg/mL;当其浓度为0.000 5、0.000 3及0.156 0mg/mL时,对DPV的抑制率各为13.23%、29.24%和11.72%。结果表明,三种萃取物对DPV均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中乙酸乙酯萃取物效果较好。The three fractions obtained from chloroform extracts of ethanol extract of neem(Azadirachta indica) seed kernel by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and distilled water were investigated for antivirus activity against duck plague virus(DPV)in vitro.Duck embryo fibroblasts infected with DPV were treated with the drugs we prepared and the effect of antivirus was judged by cytopathic effect(CPE) and 3-(4,5)-dimethylthiahiazo(-z-y1)-3,5-di-phenytetrazoliumromide(MTT) colorimetric method.The results showed that when the concentrations were 0.000 5,0.000 3 and 0.156 0 mg/mL,the virus inhibition rates of the three extracts were 13.23%,29.24% and 11.72%,respectively,and the maximum non-toxic concentrations of the three extractives were 0.007 8,0.003 9 and 0.125 0 mg/mL respectively.
