摘　　要：深圳的现代化是中国现代化过程中一颗耀眼的明珠,这不仅体现在经济成就的意义上,更为宝贵的还有行政乃至政治体制的探索经验。本文回溯了深圳政治现代化和在此框架内的深圳公务员制度30年发展探索的历程,归纳了公务员制度之变迁的三个鲜明特点。Shenzhen is a dazzling pearl in the course of China＇s modernization, Not only in the sense of economic success, More preciously, but also has administrative and even the political system exploration experience. This article has recalled the course of Shenzhen politics modernization and in this frame the development of Shenzhen civil service regulations＇ exploring course in 30 year, summarized the three distinctive characteristics of the change of the system of civil servants.
