摘　　要：围绕农村公共文化服务体系包涵的内容和要素,结合舟山海岛渔农村公共文化服务体系建设的发展现状和存在问题,分析了完善舟山渔农村公共文化服务体系的必要性,并据此提出了若干对策和建议。Focusing on connotation and elements of village public culture service system, and considering the current situation and problems, this article analyses the necessity of perfecting the public culture service system in fishing villages in Zhoushan Islands and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions.
