摘　　要：针对黄骅港2期装船机行走盘式制动器存在的问题进行分析,通过研究采用新型惯性制动器进行改造,提高了设备防风能力和使用安全性。By analysis of the problems existing in phase II ship loader traveling brakes of Shipping Agency （ Huang- hua） Corporation, this paper is mainly from the modification of new inertia brakes to improve the anti-wind capacity and equipment safety.
