摘　　要：采用高强钢07MnNiMoVDR用于建造2 000 m3丙烯低温球罐。由于高强钢07MnNiMoVDR在冬季焊接施工比较复杂,必须采取有效的防护措施。为确保焊接质量,针对国产高强钢07MnNiMoVDR焊接特性以及冬季焊接施工的难点,采取了焊前预热、焊接线能量控制、层间温度控制、焊后消氢热处理和焊接关键点等措施,有效保证了球罐的冬季焊接施工质量,成功建造出2 000 m3丙烯低温球罐。为以后该钢种冬季焊接施工积累了经验。The 07MnNiMoVDR high-strength steel was applied the 2 000 m3 propylene spherical tank.Welding of high-strength steel is relatively complicated in winter.So effective protection measures should be taken.Based on analyzing the welding performance of 07MnNiMoVDR Steel and difficulties,effective welding procedures and counter measures such as preheating,weld head input control, interpass temperature control,elimination of hydrogen heat treatmeat after wealding,key points of welding shall be taken.Propylene spherical tank was Successfully constructed in winter.It Proved the rationality of the project and accumulated some experience for the welding of the steel in the future.
