摘　　要：以地处青藏高原的西宁经济技术开发区为例,在开发区物质流现状进行分析基础上,研究产业的物质流耦合关系,找出物质利用率低的关键所在。有针对性的提出开发区物质集成方案,实现产业内部和产业之间的物质耦合,解决好S、Cl平衡问题,充分利用副产物和废弃物,提高资源利用率、提高废弃物利用率、减少污染物排放量。Based on the present situation,the material flow industry in Xining Economy and Technology Development Zone was investigated so as to find out the key issue of low material utilization ratio.The paper proposed material integration solutions,realizing coupling relationship between the industry internal and between industrial,solving the problems of S,CI balance in development zone,making full use of the by-products and waste,raising the utilization ratio of resource,improving the utilization rate of waste and reduce pollutants emission.
