摘 要:针对某小口径自动炮连发射击时射弹散布大、射击精度明显下降的问题,联合三维建模软件Pro/E,动力学仿真软件ADAMS以及有限元分析软件ANSYS,考虑身管的柔性特性,建立了小口径自动炮的刚柔耦合动力学模型。通过仿真数据与实弹射击试验数据的对比,验证了模型的可信性。在此基础上,仿真分析了该炮连发射击时的炮口动态响应规律,探究了火炮射频、复进簧刚度及炮尾质量对连发射击时炮口动态响应的影响规律。研究成果为小口径自动炮连发射击炮口动态响应规律的认识以及连发射击精度的提高提供重要的参考依据。Aimed at the puzzle of being wide in projectile scatter and being obviously reduced in shoot precision for certain machine gun of minor-caliber in continuous shoot,the paper built the dynamics model of rigidness-flexibility coupling in machine gun of minor-caliber under the condition of combing with 3-dim modeling software Pro/E and dynamics simulation software ADAMS as well as finite element analysis software ANSYS,and considering flexibility characteristic of itself gun barrel.Through the data comparison between simulation and real shoot experiment,it verified the creditability of model.Based on that,the paper analyzed the dynamic response rule of gun muzzle when continuous shoot by simulation,and explored the muzzle response rule of shoot frequency,recoil spring rigidness and gun breech mass when continuous shoot.The research result provided important references for enhancing continuous shoot precision.
