摘  要:随着电气化铁路的加速建设,电铁电能质量治理问题日益突出。针对电气化铁路负序电流和三相电压不平衡以及谐波问题,提出了一种基于三相静止无功补偿器(SVC)的电能质量综合治理方案。该方案不同于国内现有的两相式SVC和接入高压侧的三相SVC,将三相SVC接入牵引变电站的低压侧,重点补偿负序和无功,同时治理谐波。仿真结果表明,该方案能有效抑制负序、谐波和进行无功补偿。With the accelerated construction of electrified railway, power quality management has become an increasingly important issue. To solve the problems of the serious negative sequence current, three-phase voltage unbalance and harmonics brought by electrified railway , a set of new program for power quality was proposed. This program is different from the domestic two-phase static var compensator (SVC) and the three-phase SVC accessed to high-voltage side of traction substation. The program based on the three-phase SVC accessed to the low-voltage side of the traction substation, which focus on compensating the negative sequence and the reactive power. Simulation results show that this program can effectively inhibit the negative sequence, harmonics and compensate reactive power.
