摘　　要：鉴于目前缺少针对区域电网框架内有效指导城市配电网发展工具的问题,提出基于鱼骨图分析法的城市配电网发展策略研究,给出适用于区域电网角度下分析城市配电网发展特点及薄弱环节的工具。首先采用鱼骨图分析法找出能够表征配电网发展水平的宏微观指标,并通过对比法分析各项指标可以找出城市配电网的薄弱环节;在此基础上选取某一区域电网内典型城市配电网作为案例进行具体分析,找出该区域内不同类型城市配电网的薄弱环节,并提出针对性指导意见。文中所提方法能够合理反映配电网发展状况,有效指导配电网的建设发展。Contrary to the problems about lacking effective tool to guid city distribution power system development within the framework of area power grid, a kind of fish bone diagram of city distribution power system development strategy research was proposed in the paper, which gives a tool of city distribution power system development characters and weakness analysis adapt to area power grid. Fish hon diagram is used to find out the macro and micro index that can show power distribution system development level, and each index to find out weakness is analyzed with contrast analysis method. A typical city distribution system case is presented, and verifies that the proposed method could reasonably reflect development status of distribution system, and effectively guide its construction development.
