摘 要:针对传统集中式AVC系统存在的问题,结合自律分散系统的思想,提出正常情况下集中控制与故障情况下自律分散控制相结合的控制模式,构建了地区电网自律分散式AVC系统;在地区电网内部进行分区,将大规模地区电网的无功优化问题分解为若干小规模子系统的优化问题,对粒子群算法进行改进,采用多线程技术实现各区域并行计算;并结合地区电网的实际情况,确立了AVC系统的省地协调控制策略;运行分析表明,该系统可有效地改善电压品质,降低网损,提高经济效益。Based on the existing problems in current centralized AVC system, an autonomous decentralized AVC system is designed with a combination of the ideas of autonomous decentralized system. This paper pres- ented a control model of centralized control on normal conditions and autonomous decentralized control on fault conditions. The area power system is divided into several control zones, then the optimization problem of the whole large scale area power system is divided into several optimization sub-problems of small scale systems. Parallel computing is applied in several regions with the technology of multithread and modified particle swarm algorithm. An overall scheme of coordinate AVC for area power network and provincial power network is pro- posed. The operation result shows that the AVC system is effective on improving the quality of voltage, reducing the loss in network, making more profit.
