废熔渣在岩矿棉生产中的利用

摘　　要：介绍了岩矿棉产品的现况，对生产中出现的废熔渣再次循环利用进行了研究。从制定的废熔渣投入方案1和方案2与原单独使用重矿渣对比发现：分别加入废熔渣30％与50％，焦炭、柴油、水和电的平均能耗均有下降；产品性能检测结果表明质量比以前有所提高。The author reports on the recycling of solid waste generated in the production of rock/slag wool. By comparing cases 1 and 2 of adding solid waste to the cupola charge with the case of charging slag only, it was found that the addition of 30% and 50% solid waste both resulted in the reduction of average consumption of cake, diesel oil, water and electric power. The results of product properties tests also showed that the product quality was better than before.
