摘  要:针对油田特殊地域环境引发的通信设备铺设难度大、稳定性差、现场作业危险等问题,为实现油井数据的自动采集与标准化传输,设计了一套基于Connect ME模块的油田远程智能监控系统。ConnectME模块完成了串口到以太网的数据转发,为现场设备提供了以太网通信接口。同时在LabWindows/CVI下开发了系统远程监控平台,完成了远程计算机同现场设备的以太网通信,实现了现场数据的远程监控。并且通过NI Network Variables技术,在监控端构建了OPC服务器,将油井数据实时发布到油田监控局域网,完成了标准化的数据传输。实践验证该监控系统自动化程度高,数据传输稳定可靠。In order to solve the problems such as dangerous on-site operations danger, poor stability and the dif- ficulty in laying communication equipment caused by the special work environment in oil-field, a remote moni- toring system of oil-field is desigeed based on Connect ME module, which realizes the automated data collection and standard transmission of oilwell. Connect ME module completes the date forwarding from series port to Eth- ernet in order to provide Ethernet communication interface for on-spot devices. Meanwhile, the remote monito- ring software platform is developed on LabWindows/CVI, which completes the Ethernet communication between the remote computer and on-spot equipments, realizes the remote monitoring of oilwell. An OPC server is con- structed on monitoring computer using NI Network Variables technology to transform oilwell data to the oil-field monitoring local area network. Standard data transmission is accomplished as a result. This monitoring system shows high level automation and stable and reliable data transmission in practice.
