摘 要:在高含硫地区钻井时,普通钻杆除磨损、挤压失效外,更具风险性的是,很容易受到H2S腐蚀而发生氢脆和钻杆断裂事故,给钻井带来很大的经济损失。因此,在高含硫地区必然推广应用抗硫钻杆。但抗硫钻杆在现场应用中也出现了卡瓦挤坏钻杆、钻杆上出现卡瓦牙痕或大钳牙痕、钻杆接头偏磨、钻杆耐磨带轻微磨损,以及轻微粘扣等问题,这些问题在高含硫地区会进一步恶化,并可能导致钻杆失效。所以,有必要对抗硫钻杆在油田现场的应用情况进行深入、细致的分析与研究。介绍了毛坝8井的概况和抗硫钻杆在毛坝8井的详细应用情况。对毛坝8井应用抗硫钻杆过程中出现的各种问题进行了详细分析,分析认为,各种磨损和失效主要是现场使用方式不规范所致。针对抗硫钻杆使用当中出现的问题,提出了预防措施,并给出了相应的建议。When drilling regions with high-sulfur content,drillpipe may wear and collapse.More importantly,H2S corrosion may cause hydrogen embrittlement and drill pipe rupture accidents which impact drilling and cause economic losses.Application of sulfur resistant drill pipes in regions with high-sulfur content is a natural selection.While,problems such as pipes crushing by slip,slip mark,tong mark,drill pipe joint wear and slight thread gluing occurred and all these problems deteriorated in regions with high sulfur content.The drill pipe may fail.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and investigate the application of sulfur resistant drill pipes.The application of sulfur resistant drill pipes in Well Maoba 8 was introduced.Problems related to using sulfur resistant drill pipes in this well were analyzed in detail.All kinds of wear and failure were mainly caused by improper use.Preventive measures and corresponding suggestion were provided.
