摘  要:干气管道内腐蚀直接评价(DG-ICDA)是国外常用的一种长输天然气管道完整性评价方法,但在国内尚未应用于工程实际。介绍了该方法的应用范围和实施步骤,分析了应用NACESP0206内腐蚀直接评价方法存在的问题。通过实例分析,提出了内腐蚀直接评价方法在现场应用时的注意事项。指出内腐蚀直接评价应与管道风险评价相结合;计算管段临界倾角时尽量采用范德华方程,并根据管道每日工艺参数计算水汽积聚的每日临界倾角。建议加强对管道内腐蚀直接评价技术的研究与应用,以提高管道内腐蚀的预防性管理和维护水平。Dry gas pipeline internal corrosion direct assessment method(DG-ICDA)is a commonly used foreign long-distance natural gas pipeline integrity assessment method,but is not yet used in engineering practice at home.This paper introduces the application scope and implementation steps of the method and analyzes the unsatisfactory application for the method specif ied in NACE SP 0206.The proper f ield application of the method is given based on a case study.It is pointed out that the method should be combined with the pipeline risk assessment.Van der Waals equation should be adopted as far as possible when calculating the critical inclination of pipeline,and meanwhile the daily critical inclination of pipeline for the moisture accumulation should be calculated according to everyday process parameters.It is recommended that further to research and apply the method is necessary to improve the preventive management and maintenance for the internal corrosion of pipeline
