摘  要:【目的】通过分析叶片光谱反射率对施肥的响应,探索采用叶片光谱特征诊断轮台白杏树体营养状况的可能性,为其快速营养诊断体系的建立提供技术途经。【方法】基于"3414"肥料效应田间试验,利用Unispec-SC光谱仪测定轮台白杏在不同施肥条件下的叶片光谱反射率。【结果】轮台白杏叶片光谱反射率变异依赖于波长,变异最小的波段位于可见光范围,其波动最大处在近红外区域,并在310、550、750和1 100nm处形成4个峰值。在N、P、K不同施肥条件下,轮台白杏叶片光谱指数ND705存在显著差异。【结论】存在利用叶片反射光谱特征诊断轮台白杏树体营养状况的可能性,可尝试进一步深入研究。[ Objective] The project aimed to explore the possibility of diagnosing the nutritional status of Luntai Armeniaca vulgaris ' Luntaibaixing' , according to its leaf spectrum, and provide technological support for the establishment of its nutritional status monitoring system through analyzing the effect on fertilization of leaf spectral reflectance. [ Method ] The study was based on '3414' fertilizer effect field experiments and measured the different leaf spectrum reflectance under diverse fertilization cc^nditions with the help of Unispec -SC. [ Result] The variation of leaf spectral reflectance changes according to tile wavelength. The smallest variance appears in the visible light range, while the biggest one lies in infrared light zone with four peaks in 310 nm, 550 nm, 750 nm and 1,100 nm. Under the different fertilization conditions of N, P and K, the leaf spectrum index ND705 of Armeniaca vulgaris ' Luntaibaixing' exists a significant deviation. [ Conclusion ] It is possible to search for the possibility of diagnosing the nutritional status of Armeniaca vulgaris ' Luntaibaixing' according to its leaf spectrum, although further researches are necessary.
