中国金融系统和谐状态的实证分析——基于开放复杂巨系统的研究

摘　　要：20世纪80年代中期,复杂系统理论科学的研究开始兴起。作为一场新的思维方式变革运动,开始成为国内外科学和哲学研究的一个前沿和热点。从金融系统内部层面建立了评价其和谐程度的指标体系,根据国家最新的区域划分方法,将全国分为东部、中部、西部和东北四个地区,分别选取四个区域的典型省份,并对这四个典型省份的金融系统内部和谐现状做出了实证分析。研究结果表明,东部、中部、西部以及东北四个区域内部以及区域间金融发展仍存在一些不平衡、不协调,一定程度上影响了我国金融体系的和谐状况。In the mid-1980＇s,the complicated system pure science began to boom.As a new mode of thinking reform,it became a frontier and hot issue in science and philosophy research field home and abroad.From the internal finance system,we establish the index system to evaluate its harmonious degree.With the latest method,we divide the whole nation into four areas： the eastern,the central,the western and the northeastern.Four representative areas have been chosen to study respectively,including Shandong Province in the eastern,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the western,Hubei Province in the central and Liaoning Province in the northeastern of China.By an empirical analysis on the internal harmonious of finance system in these four areas,we draw the conclusion that the financial development of these four areas is imbalanced and inharmonious,which has affected the harmony in China＇s financial system to a certain degree.
