环氧丙烷/二氧化碳/苯酐共聚物的合成工艺研究

摘  要:研究了环氧丙烷(PO)、二氧化碳和萘酐(NA)在催化剂的作用下发生三元共聚生成PPCA的反应,考察了在该反应中不同温度和压强对PPCA产率的影响以及PPCA的相关性能随NA加入量和反应时间的变化规律.结果表明,在反应压力为4.0 MPa,加料比例为m(PO)∶m(NA)=100∶3,反应时间为48 h,温度为70℃时较为适合,产率约为25%.由动力学分析得共聚反应速率对环氧丙烷浓度呈一级关系.In our report, the production of polycarbonate (PPCA) which was synthesized by copolymer reaction with propylene oxide (PO), carbon dioxide and naphthalene anhydride (NA) under the action of the catalyst was investigated, and the effects of different operating temperatures and pressures on the recovery of PPCA were observed and the correlations of PPCA polymerization reaction with the addition of NA and the change of reaction time were obtained. The results showed that it were suitable when the pressure is 4.0 MPa, charging ratio is m(PO) : m(NA) = 100: 3, the reaction time is 48 hours and operating temperature is 70℃, the PPCA yield was about 25 %, and the oxidation reaction of propylene copolymerization followed the first order kinetics.
