摘  要:目的:分析宿迁市2003年~2009年度疟疾发病的季节性特征,为防制疟疾提供参考。方法:收集疾病监测信息报告网络直报管理系统中宿迁市间日疟疫情资料,用圆形分布法分析发病高峰日和高峰期。结果:宿迁市间日疟发病具有明显的季节性,2003年~2009年平均发病高峰日为8月16日,高峰日最早出现的是2009年,为7月25日,最晚出现的是2006年,为9月14日,二者相差50d。结论:宿迁市间日疟存在明显的季节高峰,其发病高峰日多集中在8月份。Objective:To provided references for prevention and control of malaria prevalence by seasonal analysis from 2003 to 2009,and to research malaria prevalent characteristics in Suqian.Methods: Vivax malaria epidemic datum was collected from malaria monitoring information network direct report management system and monthly calculating incidences of vivax malaria,peak incidence day or period of vivax malaria were analyzed by circular distribution way.Results: The incidence of vivax malaria showed obvious seasonality in Suqian(P0.01).The incidence peak day in an average occurred on August 16,the earliest incidence peak day appeared on July 25,2009 and the latest day appeared on September 14,2006,between which had 50 days difference.Conclusion: The incidence of vivax malaria in Suqian existed obvious seasonal peak and incidence peak day concentrated in August;the relationship between the extension the peak of the epidemic in vivax malaria and global warming was still waiting for discussion.
