摘　　要：技术经济评价理论与方法的研究对技术经济学学科理论体系的发展具有重要意义,对指导技术经济评价活动具有应用价值。通过归纳分析、统计分析和比较分析,对国内有代表性的相关研究进行了综述和案例研究。研究发现:此类研究的理论基础多元却分散,同时缺乏足够强的系统性;评价方法多样却未形成标准化的体系。当前的研究状况,不能满足日益更新的农业技术的需要,针对农作物新品种和新技术推广应用的技术经济评价的研究则更加缺乏。Studying on technical arid economic evaluation theories and methods is very important to the development of tech-nical economics theory system and has important application value on guiding technical and economic evaluation practices. In the form of literature review and case study, this article analyses representative relevant papers by inductive analysis, statistical analysis and comparative analysis. It finds out that the theoretical basis of such studies is multiple but scattered and weak systemic; and assessment methods are various but without forming standardized system, Study aiming at technical and economic evaluation theories and methods of new crop varieties or new technologies extension and application is rather insufficient.
