摘　　要：现有的氯化生产工艺,电解氯浓度较低、流量大,将大量石油焦和TiO2的细小颗粒带入收尘器内,导致收尘器内渣量增多。人工排放收尘渣时产生的烟气对现场环境造成极大的污染,给操作工人增加了劳动强度的同时也对其身心健康造成极大的影响,通过实践利用自动密闭排渣机解决了上述问题。There are some problems in the present chlorinated process of Zunyi Titanium Co. Ltd, such as low density and large flow of the electrolytic chlorine. And increasing the quantity of slag in the dust colleclor by a large amount of petroleum cokes and the tiny particles of TiO2. In addition, the smoke would affeet the enviornment and the people＇ s heahh greatly. So we use the slag extractor aulomaticly to solve the above problems.
