摘　　要：基于MAPGIS平台,按照土地利用数据库的设计要求,详细阐述了通过专题数据建立土地利用现状数据库的建库过程,并对基于MAPGIS数据库建设中出现的问题进行探讨。对建立的数据库,进行统计和汇总,输出各种专题图表,可供土地部门进行合理规划和决策。Base on the MAPGIS platform, this paper introduced the construction process of the land use database by using the thematic data according to the design requirement of the land use database, and discussed the problems in the construction of database based on MAPGIS. The analysis of statistics and collection through the database will export kinds of the thematic diagrams or charts, it can plan and decide reasonably for the department of land.
