甲状腺功能亢进对妊娠后期母鼠心脏的组织学影响

摘　　要：目的:研究妊娠后期甲亢母鼠和正常母鼠心脏的组织学改变。方法:建立甲亢合并妊娠wistar大鼠模型,观察其行为变化、体重变化,检测甲状腺功能水平;取孕16 d、孕18 d、孕20 d母鼠心脏,经bouin氏固定液固定,行masson染色,观察心肌组织学改变,测量心肌细胞直径和长度。结果:甲亢合并妊娠大鼠心肌间胶原纤维增多,心肌细胞直径增大、细胞增长,且程度随着受孕时间延长而增加。结论:妊娠合并甲亢母鼠心脏可能引发心肌肥大、心肌纤维化。Objective： To study histological changes in the heart of both the rats with hyperthyroidism at later conception Stage and those normal ones.Methods： The complicated model of wistar rats with conception and hyperthyroidism was set up to observe the changes in their behaviors and body weight,with their thyroid function examined.The hearts of the rats were taken on the 16th day,18th day and 20th day after their gestation to observe histological changes in myocardium,with diameter and the length of the myocardial cells determined as well.Results： There is an increase in the number of collagen fibers in the rats with complication of conception and hyperthyroidism and an increase in the diameter and the length of myocardial cells of these rats.Moreover,such changes became even more notable with the development of pregnancy.Conclusion： hyperthyroidism may contribute to cardiac hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis in the rats of conception.
