番石榴叶治疗轮状病毒肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察番石榴叶治疗轮状病毒 (HRV)肠炎的临床疗效。方法 :6 0例 HRV肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组服用番石榴叶 ,对照组服用葛根黄芩黄连汤。观察止泻时间、血 Na+、粪 Na+、糖和 HRV抗原转阴率。结果 :治疗组 3d治愈率为 80 % ,对照组为 5 0 % ,治疗组显著优于对照组 (P =0 .0 0 4)。治疗组止泻时间为 (2 7.6± 15 .6 ) h,对照组为 (43.9± 2 0 .4) h,治疗组止泻时间显著快于对照组 (P =0 .0 0 2 )。治疗组粪 Na+、糖较治疗前明显回降 ,对照组回降不明显 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组粪 HRV转阴率为 80 % ,对照组为 5 0 % ,治疗组显著优于对照组 (P =0 .0 0 4)。结论 :番石榴叶治疗 HRV肠炎有比较好的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Psidium guajava L.on treatment of rotaviral enteritis.Methods:Sixty patients of rotaviral enteritis were randomly divided into the treated group(treated with Psidium guajava L)and the control group(treated with Gegen Qinlian decoction). The ending time of diarrhoea,the content of Na + in blood,the content of Na + and glucose in feces and the rate of negative conversion of human rotavirus(HRV) antigen were observed.Results:The rate of recovery in 3 days was 80% in treated group,significantly superior to that in the control group(50%, P= 0.004 ).The ending time of diarrhoea of the treated group(27.6±15.6) h.Was significantly earlier than that of the control group(43.9±20.4) h(P= 0.002 ).The content of Na + and glucose in feces were reduced obviously,and the treated group was superior to the control group(P= 0.05 ).The rate of negative conversion of HRV in feces of the treated group was 80%,significantly superior to that of the control group(50%,P= 0.004 ).Conclusion:Psidium guajava L.has good curative effect on rotaviral enteritis.
