摘  要:为选育高产优良的糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)菌株,分别选取16个菌株的10个数量性状进行主成分和聚类分析。结果表明,前4个主成分的累积贡献率达87.448%;利用SPSS13.0软件中未旋转因子得分值计算出主成分得分,以特征值的贡献率大小为分配系数,计算出不同品种糙皮侧耳菌株的综合得分和排名,并聚类为3个组群,第Ⅰ组的主要特点为产量高、菌丝生长速度快、单个子实体形态好;第Ⅱ组产量较高、菌丝生长速度较快、单个子实体形态较好;第Ⅲ组产量低、菌丝生长速度较慢。因此第Ⅰ组和第Ⅱ组综合表现较好,可作为品种选育的优良材料。Clustering and principal component analyses were applied to ten quantifiable traits in sixteen Pleurotus ostreatus strains for the purpose of breeding high-yielding strains of this mushroom. Our data revealed that the cumulative contribution value of the four highest level principal components was 87. 448%. Principal component scores were calculated with SPSS13.0 software using the values of the non-rotated factor scores. The 16 strains clustered into three groups: Group Ⅰ strains exhibited the fastest mycelial growth rates and produced the highest yields of the best shaped mushrooms; Group Ⅱ strains also exhibited high mycelial growth rates and produced high yields of well-shaped fruit bodies; Group Ⅲ strains exhibiting the slowest mycelial growth rates and produced the lowest fruit body yields. Our data revealed that Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ strains possessed a comprehensive set of desirable characteristics and had excellent potential for strain breeding.
