柴油公交大巴机油更换周期的研究

摘　　要：针对深圳市柴油公交大巴的机油更换周期进行研究,对试验车辆所使用的新机油、更换时的机油进行取样,并且对决定机油质量的指标参数进行检测。对决定机油更换周期的运动黏度变化率(100℃)、闪点(闭口)、碱值下降率、正戊烷不溶物、水分、铁含量、铜含量、铝含量、硅含量等项目进行分析。根据分析结果得出柴油公交大巴合理的机油更换周期,对公交大巴当前运营状况提出合理的使用建议,并指导柴油公交大巴车辆选用合适的机油以延长机油使用寿命。The article aims at Shenzhen diesel bus for the engine oil drain cycle research.We sample the tested the vehicle new and replaced oil,test the quality indicators in determining the parameters of the engine oil,analyse the engine oil＇s viscosity change rate（100℃）,flash point（closed）,decreased rate of base value,pentane insoluble,water,iron,copper,aluminum,silicon content and other items for determining the engine oil drain interval.Based on the results obtained reasonable oil drain cycle for diesel bus,come to appropriate use recommendations and guidance for bus,and instruct the diesel bus choose suitable engine oil drain cycle in order to extend the engine oil life.
