计算机辅助偶件装配方法的研究

摘  要:偶件装配不仅需要考虑零件的配合间隙,还需要考虑多项性能检验指标。因此,偶件装配问题可归结为多项指标组合优化的问题。计算机辅助偶件装配,通过计算零件实体实效尺寸,利用蚁群法,综合考虑零件的匹配率和匹配精度,拟定装配质量目标函数、绘制流程图,讨论了计算机辅助装配的实施方案,并通过实例加以验证。The fabrication and assembly of precious components such as fuel nozzle injectors not only require strict component tolerances,but also require the overall finished product to meet or exceed certain performance envelope metrics.How to efficiently and effectively carry out such manufacturing process can be treated as an optimization problem,in which many variables and parameters are taken into account.A computer simulation of component assembly is discussed in this study.The simulation accounts for the GDT of the assembly and determines components' matching probability and matching tolerances.The simulation utilizes an ant colony optimization algorithm to determine optimal parameters.The flow chart of the algorithm is presented and an experiment is carried out to verify the simulation results.
