摘　　要：目的：探讨年龄因素对听觉P３００的影响。方法：测试94例正常受试者听觉P３００，对正常参考值进行t检验和直线相关分析。结果：中青年组(＜50岁)与老年组(≥50岁)相比，P３００峰潜伏期(PL)和波幅(Amp)均有显著性差异。两组内测量值与年龄无直线相关关系。在全部受试者中，P３００ PL和Amp分别与年龄呈正、负直线相关，即随年龄增加，PL延长，Amp降低。结论：在临床实践中，应考虑年龄因素对P３００的影响，不同年龄组应分别建立正常参考值。Objective: To study the influence of age on auditory P３００ test results.Methods: Auditory P３００was tested in 94 healthy subjects and the results were analyzed by t test and the linear correlation.Results: The peaklatency (PL) and amplitude (Amp) of P３００ were significantly different between the adult group and the old group. There is no linear correlation between age and P３００ results within each group. For all subjects tested, age had positive linear correlation with PL and negative li near correlation with Amp. It means that with people growing older the PL will i ncrease and the Amp decrease.Conclusions: The in fluence of age on P３００ shoud be considered in clinical practice. The EP laboratories should establish their P３００ normal values for different a ge groups independently.
