摘 要:在潮湿环境或水下测量结构应力时,可以将应变计预先粘贴到薄钢衬片上,在实验室内完成防护,再采用焊接方法将不锈钢衬片焊接到测量位置,此方法可以不受现场测试条件的限制,从而提高应力测试效率并降低成本。为此需要研究采用衬片的厚度以及衬片的应变传递特性,通过数值模拟计算和实验测试,研究厚度为0.05、0.08、0.10和0.20 mm不锈钢衬片对变形传递的影响。计算和试验结果表明,衬片与被测物体的材料属性相一致时,弯曲加载条件下,在弹性范围内衬片应变与载荷呈线性关系,应变测量值可不用进行修正;同时发现实际应用中的等强度梁,外载荷作用点朝固端偏移时表面的应变分布是不均匀的,应变随固端距离非线性变化。Accomplishing the pre-work of strain gauge for adhering to stainless steel film and waterproof protecting in laboratory,then weld to the structures in damp environment for strain measurement,this technique can overcome the restrictions of humid condition,thereby improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of strain measurement.Both the experimental studies and numerical calculation were put in practice to study the effects of steel film thickness on strain transfer.The results showed that the strain is proportional to the load linearly and needn't to amend in bending if the material properties of the stainless steel film and the structures were consistent;the strain distribute on the surface of equal strength beam was nonlinear because its load point shift toward the fixed end.
