中央级农业科研单位开展基本科研业务费专项绩效评价的必要性

摘　　要：中央级农业科研单位在基本科研业务费专项的支持下,完善了国家农业科技计划体系,促进了青年农业科研人才成长,支撑了现代农业产业健康发展,取得了一系列重要成果。该文认为中央级农业科研单位开展基本科研业务费专项绩效评价工作,对国家进一步优化农业科研领域资金投入结构,提升农业科技创新能力有着重要的实用价值和研究意义,同时也是基本科研业务费专项自身发展的必然需要。With the support of the fundamental research funds, the central public - interest scientific institution had obtained a great number of achievements, including perfecting the national system of agricultural science and technology programs, promoting the growth of young scientist , supporting the healthy development of modern agriculture. This paper discussed the necessity of implementing performance evaluation on the fundamental research funds in central public - interest scientific institution, which not only played an important role in further optimizing the investment structure, improving agricultural technology innovation, and so on, but also met the need of the development of fundamental research funds.
