摘　　要：从运行窑炉中存在的跑料问题入手,引入E玻璃窑炉表面液流速度计算方法。通过计算玻璃液流速度,优化窑炉工艺制度,提高窑炉表面液流速度,很好解决了窑炉跑料问题,确保了拉丝作业的稳定性,促进了生产。Regarding the problem of batch moving in E-glass furnaces, a method of calculating the surface glass flow speed was introduced, by which the furnace operation system has been optimized and the surface glass flow speed enhanced, resulting in the proper overcoming of the said problem and thus the stabilization of fiber drawing operation.
