摘　　要：从热量平衡理论及生产实践两方面讨论了理想的拉丝成形环境工艺状态、拉丝成形环境工艺的基本服务对象及需要达到的要求;讨论了在生产实践中影响拉丝工艺环境的主要因素冷却水、喷雾水、空调风的控制目标与方法。藉此研究讨论希望对稳定拉丝作业和产品质量有一定帮助。In aspects of both thermal equilibrium theory and production practice, this paper discusses the desirable fiber forming conditions, their basic targets of service and the controls of main factors affecting the environment, such as cooling water, water spray and air conditioning, hoping that this study is of certain help to stabilize the fiber forming process and the product quality.
