摘　　要：介绍铁路煤炭运输抑尘取得的初步成效,分析了规章制度、设备质量、管理工作、技术创新、人员素质等影响铁路煤炭抑尘质量的主要因素,提出做好设备设施建设工作,整章建制、确保运用,加强抑尘管理、提高设备效能,强化抑尘作业质量控制,完善设备故障应急预案,强化监督检查与考核等提高煤炭铁路运输抑尘质量的对策。The paper introduces the preliminary progress made by railway coal transportation in dust suppression. After analysis on rules, equipment quality, management, technical innovation and personnel quality which influence quality of dust suppression, the paper puts forth countermeasures to improve dust suppression quality including enhancement of equipment, rules, management, equipment efficiency and equipment emergency plan, as well as strengthening of supervision and evaluation of employees.
