摘  要:运用统一强度理论,对用于加工废油资源化装备部件,以及由不同材料构成的3层预应力组合凹模的分层半径、过盈量和弹性极限内压进行分析,得到了组合凹模的分层半径、过盈量和弹性极限内压的表达式。运用该文所推导的公式对挺柱体冷挤压组合凹模在考虑和不考虑拉压异性的两种情况下,计算出组合凹模的分层半径、过盈量和弹性极限内压。结果表明,在考虑拉压异性情况下,组合凹模的分层半径、过盈量有较小差异,而弹性极限内压有较大提高。Applying unified strength theory,the three terms-radius of different layer,amount of interference and elastic limit internal pressure were analyzed for the three-layer pre-stressed combination die made of different materials used for processing waste oil recovery equipment.Formulas for calculating the three terms were derived and used for calculating a three-layer pre-stressed combination die with and without considering difference in tension-compression strength respectively.The results show that with and without considering difference in tension-compression stress,the radius of different layer differ a little bit and so are the amount of interference,but the elastic limit internal pressure differ remarkably.
