摘  要:基于SolidWorks平台,开发了板料成形同步模拟系统StampingWorks/Forming Analysis Xpert(SW-FAX)。采用SolidWorks软件的参数化造型技术,在冲压成形工艺中引入CAE驱动设计思想,基于三角面片的参数化工具网格模型,实现了坯料网格与工具网格的参数化关联、工艺参数之间的参数化关联和设计模型与分析模型的参数化关联,保证了产品设计、工艺设计与成形模拟模型同步更新,实现了参数化的CAE分析和真正意义上的CAD/CAE无缝集成。该系统通过建立统一的设计与模拟模型,避免了传统CAE软件与CAD平台之间模型数据交换所引起的曲面丢失和精度损失。通过某企业生产的烤箱上盖的成形模拟的参数化应用,以及模拟结果与实验结果的对比,验证了系统的实用性和准确性。A new sheet metal forming analysis system based on SolidWorks-StampingWorks has been developed.Using parametric modeling technology of SolidWorks and parametric tool mesh model based on facet,parameterization between blank mesh and tool mesh,between design model and analysis model,and among process parameters have been achieved.All these ensure the synchronization of product/process design and forming simulation,achieve parametric CAE analysis and a real sense of CAD/CAE seamless integration.The system avoids the problem of accuracy loss caused by data exchange between CAD platforms and traditional CAE software by building consistent design model and analysis model.The robustness and accuracy of developed system is verified by parametric application in forming simulation of oven cover and comparison between the simulation and experimental results.
