摘  要:为消除或减轻J55石油套管用钢带状组织,通过热轧试验研究变形温度、终轧温度、奥氏体未再结晶区压下率、轧后至卷取温度前冷速以及卷取温度等,对J55石油套管用钢带状组织影响规律。研究结果表明,随着变形温度的提高,金相组织中带状组织呈逐渐减弱趋势,而且终轧温度较高可以减少带状组织的产生。采用奥氏体未再结晶区大压下制度,不仅可以明显减少带状组织的产生,还可以细化晶粒。适当加大终轧后冷却速度,可消除或减轻铁素体+珠光体的带状组织。卷取温度对带状组织的消除或减轻无显著影响,建议适当降低卷取温度,以保证层流冷却的加速冷却。In order to eliminate or reduce band structure in J55 oil casing,the effecting factors on the banded structure of J55 oil casing,including deformation and finishing rolling temperature,reduction rate in Austenite non-recrystallization area,cooling speed after rolling and coiling temperature were investigated.The results show that the banded structure of J55 oil casing decrease with the increase of deformation temperature and decrease with the increase of the finishing rolling temperature.Adopting large reduction rate in Austenite non-recrystalization area,banded structure would decrease and grain size would be finer.Suitably increase cooling speed after rolling could eliminate or reduce austenite plus ferrite band structure.Coiling temperature has no significant effects on the elimination of band structure,but lower coiling temperature is suggested for intensifying the effect of laminar cooling.
