摘  要:分析了目前国内炼焦煤资源现状,以及在炼焦生产中多配弱黏结煤的重要性。详细阐述了目前广泛采用的多配弱黏结煤技术,其中包括配加粘结剂、煤调湿、配型煤、捣固炼焦、包覆粒煤技术。介绍了目前世界上最先进的、弱黏结煤配比达50%的新一代炼焦技术SCOPE21的工艺流程及其在日本新日铁大分厂的工业化应用近况。This paper analyzed the current status of coking coal resources in China and the importance of using more weakly caking coal during coal blending. It described the coal blending technologies with more weakly caking coal in details, which were widely used at home and abroad, including addition of the com- posite binding agent, CMC, briquetted coal, stamping coking, coated coal. It introduced the most ad- vanced coking technology in the world, the new generation of coking technology SCOPE21, using 50% weakly caking coal in blended coal, and its recent application status in the Oita Works of Nippon Steel.
