重庆市农村青少年生殖健康知识现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解重庆市农村青少年对生殖健康相关知识掌握情况。方法自行设计调查问卷,随机抽取重庆市4所农村中学,每个中学从初一至高三各抽取2个班,对抽中班级全体同学进行问卷调查。结果 2 179名中学生对女性妊娠表现知晓率为66.2%,留守青少年和非留守青少年知晓率分别为63.2%和68.4%;对男性生理卫生知晓率为14.0%,留守青少年和非留守青少年知晓率分别为11.8%和15.5%。对可能影响青少年生殖健康认知得分的因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析,低分的危险因素有:留守青少年、男性、农村户口、走读生、性格内向与偏内向;对可能影响留守青少年认知得分的因素进行多因素回归分析,显示有无监护人进入回归模型(P<0.05)。结论重庆市农村留守青少年对生殖健康知识水平较非留守青少年低,应该加强对青少年尤其是留守青少年的生殖健康教育和干预。Objective To understand the mastering of reproductive health knowledge among Chongqing Left - behind Adolescents of Migrant Workers in the countryside. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 179 students from 4 middle schools in Chongqing rural areas. Results The awareness rates of normal adolescents and Left - behind Adolescents of Migrant Workers on characteristics of female pregnancy were 63.2% and 68.4% respectively with average awareness rate of 66. 2%, while the rates on male physical health were 11.8% and 15.5% respectively with average awareness rate of 14. 0%.Logistic regression analysis revealed that left -behind, male, rural residence, day -students, introversion were risk factors for poor mastering of reproductive health knowledge among Chongqing adolescent, and guardian was the risk factor for Left - behind Adolescents of Migrant Workers. Conclusion Compared with normal adolescents in rural areas of Chongqing, mastering of repro- ductive health knowledge among Left - behind Adolescents of Migrant Workers is poorer, therefore it is time to strengthen reproductive health education aimed at adolescents, especially Left - behind Adolescents of Migrant Workers.
