保妇康栓治疗恶性肿瘤患者老年性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨保妇康栓治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法对50例妇科恶性肿瘤老年性阴道炎的患者随机分为两组。A组26例采用保妇康栓治疗,B组24例采用抗生素甲硝唑片治疗。比较两组使用抗菌药物时间和治愈率的差异。结果 A组泌尿系感染治愈率明显高于B组,抗菌药物的使用时间A组明显短于B组(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓治疗妇科恶性肿瘤患者老年性阴道炎疗效满意。Objective To investigate the Paul Fukang suppository in the treatment of gynecological malignancies in patients with senile vaginitis patients. Methods 50 patients with gynecological malignan - cies in patients with senile vaginitis pa- tients were randomly divided into two groups. A group of 26 cases of women with health insurance suppository, B group of 24 patients treated with the antibiotic metroni - dazole tablets. Were compared in time with antibiotics, the cure rate differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Results A group of urinary tract infection cure rate was significantly higher than group B, antibiotic use time was significantly shorter in Group A Group B. Conclusion Paul Fukang suppository in the treatment of gynecological malignancies in patients with senile vaginitis results were satisfactory.
