摘　　要：通过分析1例急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者抢救成功的经验。探讨高校社区医疗卫生机构现场急救医疗工作的建设与管理。加强高校卫生机构的自身建设和充分利用社会医疗卫生资源,是完善高校社区医疗卫生服务功能和确保现场急救医疗工作质量的有效途径。To explore the construction and management of first aid and emergency work in college communities through analyzing the experience from one successful treated case of acute myocardial infarction with complicated cardiogenic shock. We come to the conclusion that strengthening the self - construction of health service institutions in colleges and making full use of social medical and health resources are effective ways to improve the medical and health services in college communities so as to en- sure the medical quality of emergency treatment.
