摘　　要：中国现为世界第二大经济强国,也是世界政治、军事大国,但文化产业、文化影响力、文化软实力等方面与经济地位还有相当距离。海南在推进国际旅游岛建设过程中,专家学者多认为,海南具有发展旅游产业的良好生态环境,但旅游内涵、文化内涵、文化产业等方面都大有加强必要。中央第十七届六中全会、海南文明大行动等的开展与实施,都为海南文化产业的发展,特别是国际旅游岛内涵的丰富提供了难得的机遇与条件。China has not only become the second largest in international politics and military. However there is a deep country in economy , but also had greater power gap between the development of the cultural industry, its influence and soft strength and Chinese economic status. Many experts and scholars consider that Hainan has a favorable ecological environment to develop the tourist industry, but it had better strengthen its connotation in tourism and culture and so on as well as in its cultural industry in the process of promoting the construction of the International Tourist Destination. The Party＇ s Seventeenth sessions of sixth plenary conferences and the carrying out of Civilization Actions in Hainan will provide rare opportunities and conditions for the progressing of the cultural industrv of Hainan . especially for the enrichment of the connotation of the International Tourist Destination
