海南现代服务业发展面临的机遇和挑战——用SWOT方法分析

摘　　要：随着国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略,海南现代服务业迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,目前海南现代服务业发展水平低,发展不充分。用SWOT方法分析海南现代服务业面临的机遇和挑战,找出其内部优势和劣势,分析其外部机遇和挑战,绘制了海南发展现代服务业的SWOT矩阵战略模式,并具体分析了海南发展现代服务业的战略选择和战略思路。With the construction of Hainan International Tourist Destination becoming a national strategy, modem service industry of Hainan is facing bigger opportunity and challenge. The current development of modem service industry of Hainan is still at a low level. This study tries to identify the industry＇ s internal strengths and weaknesses and to analyze its external opportunities and challenges by using SWOT and draw the SWOT matrix strategy model of Hainan＇ s modern service industry.
